According to the results of the analysis conducted on the Google search engine, the official website of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ADAU) www.adau.edu.az has been the most indexed website in Ganja city and the Western region of Azerbaijan for the past 5 years.
As a result of the check conducted on the Google platform based on the query “site:adau.edu.az”, it was determined that approximately 30,800 pages of the ADAU's official website were indexed in the search engine. Comparative analyses reveal that this indicator is higher not only among higher education institutions operating in the region, but also than the index indicators of other official institutions and media resources operating in Ganja city.
This result is a clear indicator of the successful implementation of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University's strategy of information openness, transparency and active communication with the public in the digital sphere. The official website of ADAU contains rich and regularly updated information on the university's educational process, scientific and research activities, international cooperation, student life, projects, news, announcements and other areas.
It should be noted that Google indexing is considered one of the main technical indicators reflecting the volume of information provided on the website, the structuredness of the content and its accessibility to users, as well as public interest and intensity of use.
