A training on the topic of “Effective Communications” was held for students jointly organized by Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ADAU) and “Agro Dairy” LLC, one of the leading companies in the agricultural sector.
The main goal of the training was to develop the communication skills necessary for young people to succeed in their professional careers.
The training was presented by Aysel Rzayeva, the company’s Learning and Development supervisor, with more than 10 years of management and expert experience in the field of Human Resources, as well as an official trainer of INNAB Business School and an international SHRM certified professional.
Communication is considered one of the most important skills in any work environment. During the training, students were given extensive information about different communication styles, effective listening techniques, digital communication rules, as well as methods of responding and receiving. Aysel Rzayeva created conditions for students to delve deeper into the topic through practical cases and interactive exercises.
At the end of the training, questions were answered. 5 students who were active in the practical exercise were given gifts.
