The Elite Asian Youth Leadership Program (AYLEP) is a window for young people to explore the world, a bridge for young people to connect with each other, a platform for young people to gain useful and amazing experiences from Asia to the whole world. Over the past 16 years, AYLER has helped 22,539 participants from 85 countries.
