The student youth organization of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University implements various projects to increase the interest of young people in education, to form competition in education, and one of these projects is “Subject Olympiads among students”. Students who achieved high results in the Olympiad, which lasted 4 weeks, were awarded the Order of Honor by the rector and awarded various prizes.

One of the main goals of the organization is to conduct intellectual competitions and organize entertainment concert programs among young people in order to reveal their skills, talents and artistic abilities, to introduce themselves. Of particular importance in this direction is the inter-faculty intellectual championship “Strong Brains”, the project “I can” and the exhibition of crafts “Golden Hands”, which are held regularly both individually and in a team.
Excursions to museums and adjacent territories are organized in our city in order to effectively organize the leisure of young people, get to know each other better, strengthen ties, and also get to know the culture and history of Ganja, as well as our country.



One of the main tasks of the organization is to introduce students to a healthy lifestyle, to wean them from bad habits. Examples include early marriage and its consequences, drug and alcohol problems, and the AIDS response. In this regard, the vice-rector for educational affairs of the university participates in regular meetings with students, educational conversations are held. The project "Healthy Future with Healthy Youth" aroused great interest among university youth.

In order to instill a high patriotic spirit in students, round tables are organized to obtain detailed information about important historical days in the life of our people, republic, people who died for the independence of Azerbaijan, and to further enrich information. In order to effectively organize the leisure of students and improve their experience, regular trainings and seminars are organized, various topics related to motivation, self-confidence, personal development, teamwork, leadership, psychology, as well as practical experience to improve students' practical skills. The project “School of volunteers for students of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University” was also successful, which lasted 4 days with the aim of involving young volunteers in the project of the European Youth Capital of Ganja. 50 students took part in the 4-day project.
